SAHK team visits ski areas in Switzerland seeking out new Summer Group Training locations

01-03.10.2026 The SAHK team visits ski areas in Switzerland seeking out new Summer Group Training locations. Following the FIS Technical Meetings in Geneva, the SAHK team accompanied by Head Coach Marko Rudic traveled to explore potential training locations for Summer 2027 and 2028. With warming summers and unstable conditions, there was a need to search for higher altitude locations to be able to provide training opportunities in the summer months. The trip involved exploring accommodation options, meal options, locations, proximity to the gondola, and assessing the conditions in comparison to previous experiences of summer skiing. Overall, the trip was productive and insightful, with SAHK having new plans to return here in the upcoming years.
